Obituary Zachary James Gadson, 30, of Washington, formerly of South Barrington, passed away at 5:40pm Monday, April 24, 2017 at his home. He was born October 17, 1986 in Philadelphia, PA to Zollie Gadson, Jr. and Jarolynn (Ivory) Gadson. He married Dawn Burns September 26, 2015 in Washington, IL. In addition to his wife, Dawn, he is survived by his parents, Zollie and Jarolynn Gadson of South Barrington; maternal grandmother, Beverlynn A. Ivory of Downers Grove; brother, Zollie (Vidhi) Gadson III of South Barrington; half-sister, Angela (Jerry) White of Ft. Washington, MD; 16 nieces and nephews; aunts and uncles, Reynolds (Jamel) Penn of Hoffman Estates; Jameena Ivory of Naperville; Ollie (Brenda) Gadson of Ocoee, FL; Alma Gadson of Yukon, OK; Linda Sams, and Felicia Burns both of Philadelphia, PA; Hannah McIver of Framingham, MA; a host of cousins; parents-in-law, Kathy (Tim) Miller of Heyworth; Patrick (Beverly) Burns of Bloomington; grandparents-in-law, Dolores Nichols and Cap (Rita) Miller, all of Bloomington; siblings-in-law, Brian (Erica) Burns of Heyworth; Eric (Ashley) Coit of Stanford; Brian (Kimberly) Miller of Latham; and Becky (Joe) Hooker of Yelm, WA. Zach was preceded in death by his grandparents, James H. Ivory; Fannie and Willie Burns Spicer; uncle, Cedric Gadson; grandparents-in-law, Roger Nichols, Sr.; Nancy and Jack Burns; and Harold (JoAnn) Freeman. Zach was a technical support advisor for Apple, and enjoyed playing video and computer games. He enjoyed traveling, music, and trivia. Zach loved his nieces and nephews and spending time with them. He loved being an active volunteer and a camper at the MDA Camp and Association of Horizon at the Timber Pointe Campgrounds for many years. Zach loved his MDA and Association of Horizon Camp family and looked forward to the Muscle Walk and Pub Crawl.
