William "Todd" Powers, 53, of Low Point, formerly of Chillicothe, passed away at 7:55 pm Wednesday, February 19, 2020 at Washington Christian Village. He was born in Peoria on August 8, 1966 to William "Bill" and Glenda Gail Bates Powers. Surviving are his mother and step-father, Gail and Mike Guilfoyle of Low Point; brother, Darrin (Angela) Powers of Texas; sister, Nicole (Tim Daebelliehn) Powers of Mossville; step-brother, Nick (Leslie Jameson) Guilfoyle; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Bill. Todd always looked forward to his monthly card game with friends from Chillicothe. He also enjoyed fishing and coin collecting. Cremation rites have been accorded, there will be no services.
