Obituary William 'Bill' Kinsman Butler age 83, of Washington, IL and Sun City West, AZ passed away peacefully at 9:49am on Monday, April 13, 2015 at home in Washington, IL. He was born March 21, 1932 in Atlantic, IA to Roy and Minnie Messerschmidt Butler. He is survived by his sister Betty Conklin, daughters Susan (Dale) Kater of Chandler, AZ; Anne (Andy) Covington of Bellingham, WA; grandchildren Dee and Lauren Kater, and Doak and Lane Covington; and special friend Kay Drake. He was preceded in death by his wife Patricia, siblings Robert, Rex, Maxine, Phyllis, and Ruthie. A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 25 at 11:00 AM at Crossroads United Methodist Church. Pastor Tom Goodell will officiate. Deiters Funeral Home & Crematory in Washington is assisting the family. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
