Obituary William L. "Billy" Binegar II , 54, of Peoria, IL died at 5:15 am Saturday, May 9, 2015 at Unity Point Proctor Hospital in Peoria, IL. He was born on October 24, 1960 in Peoria, IL to William L. and Janet F. Omer Binegar Sr. His parents, grandparents, and an infant son, Christopher Gene preceded him in death. Surviving are 2 sons, Michael Lee Binegar and John Paul Binegar, both of East Peoria, 1 brother, James (Dena) Binegar of East Peoria, 2 sisters, Betsy (Scott) Koch of East Peoria and Karen (Joseph) Chasteen of Pekin, IL, 2 grandchildren, 6 nieces and nephews, and 1 great-niece. Billy last worked in landscaping, enjoyed fishing and being outdoors, was a music lover, and enjoyed drawing. He also enjoyed playing Dartball, and was a member of a Protestant and Catholic Dartball league. He loved Jesus and was a member of Highview Christian Church in Washington. A memorial service will be at 11 am Thursday, May 14, 2015 at Highview Christian Church. Pastor Jim Gorby will officiate. Visitation will be from 9-10:45 am Thursday at the church. Cremation rites will be accorded. Deiters Funeral Home and Crematory in Washington is assisting the family with arrangements.
