Obituary EAST PEORIA - Willetta "Billie" Sanford Miller Cummins, 86, of East Peoria, died at 3:30 am on Thursday, January 8, 2009 at Morton Terrace in Morton, IL. Born on June 29, 1922 in Colusa, IL to William F. and Florence Woodard Miller, she married Calvin "Cal" Cummins on April 15, 1949 in Peoria, IL. He survives. Also surviving are Bernie (Jill) Cummins of East Peoria, Richard Wood of Jackson, TN and William Wood of Regan, TN, 3 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and 1 sister, Lurlene. Billie worked in Data Processing at Caterpillar Tractor Co. for 19 years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in East Peoria, where she served as a deaconess, taught Sunday School, and was a member of the Jayceettes. A memorial service will be at 10 am Saturday, January 10, 2009 at First Baptist Church in East Peoria. Pastor LeRoy Hicks will officiate.
