Obituary Washington - Walter Michael Rosecrans, infant son of Jonah A. and Kelly K. (Stokes) Rosecrans was born into Jesus' arms on Monday June 10, 2013 at Methodist Medical Center in Peoria at 5:08 AM. He is survived by his parents of Washington, one brother Cooper at home, Paternal grandparents Greg and Heidi Rosecrans of Washington, Paternal Great-Grandparents; Richard and Celia Adams of Washington and Kenneth and Gretchen Koestner of East Peoria, maternal grandparents; Linda Stokes of Peoria and Nancy and Mike Stokes of Washington, and many other aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends that will forever hold a place for Walter in their hearts. There will be a funeral service for Walter on Saturday June 15, 2013 at 10:30 AM at Deiters Funeral Home and Crematory in Washington. Father David Richardson will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Interment will take place at St. Mary's Cemetery in El Paso.
