Obituary Victor D. Robb, 47, of Washington, IL, died at 5:48 pm Sunday, February 5, 2017 in rural Victoria, IL. Born on January 6, 1970 in Lexington, KY to Elmer and Linda Holly Robb, he married Amy M. Railey on June 12, 1993. She survives. Also surviving are his father and step-mother, Elmer (Linda) Robb, 3 sons, Jacob, Nathan, and Lucas Robb, his brother, Jeff (Shelly) Miller and several other loving family members. He was preceded in death by his mother. Vic was the owner and operator of Illini North Paint Company. He loved his family, camping, fishing, gardening, and golfing. A funeral service for Vic will be at 6 pm Thursday, February 9, 2017 at Deiters Funeral Home and Crematory in Washington. Pastor Joe Mitchell will officiate. Visitation will be from 4-6 pm Thursday prior to the service. Cremation rites will be accorded following the services. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Washington Community Bank for an education fund for his children.
