Timothy Patrick Vogel, 65, of Peoria, passed away at 12:04 pm Wednesday, December 27, 2023 at his home.

Tim was born December 28, 1957 in Peoria, IL to the late JoAnne D. (Harting) and Robert W. Vogel.

Surviving are his two daughters, Mindy (Willie) Loxterman and Angela (Jeremy) Soper; his siblings, Karen Wolf, Debbie (Al) Perry, Judy (Jim) Monochino, and Bob (Lorri) Vogel; his grandchildren, Ethan and Peyton Loxterman and Hayleigh and Hunter Soper; his nieces and nephews, Matthew (Vicki) Diebel, Scott and Kari Martin, Ryan (Stacy) Perry, Lindsay (Ryan) Doyle, and Maggie Carnagie; and several great nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Terry Vogel; and his nephew, Joshua Vogel.

Tim was a dedicated Peoria Park District employee for over 25 years. He retired in 2018. In his retirement, he loved spending time with his children and grandchildren on FaceTime. He also enjoyed hanging out at the garage with his buddies. Tim was a very private and independent person with a huge heart for his family and loved ones.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Peoria Humane Society or to the Peoria Park District.

A private family graveside service will be held. Inurnment will take place at Resurrection Mausoleum.
