Obituary EAST PEORIA-Tim R. Cox, 53, of East Peoria, IL died at 7:19 am Saturday, March 5, 2011 at his residence. Born on August 20, 1957 in Marion County, IN to Charles and Maxine Brown Cox, he married Amy Weick on May 8, 1999 in Washington, IL. She survives. Also surviving are 2 daughters, Sarah Cox and Melissa Cox, both of Roseville, IL; several brothers and sisters; and his in-laws, Lewis & Darlene Weick of Washington, IL. He was preceded in death by his parents. Tim worked as an EMT and was also a biomedical engineer at Methodist Hospital. He enjoyed woodworking and was a devoted Christian. Services for Tim were private. At Tim's request, his body was cremated and his cremated remains will be scattered in his beloved Tennessee Mountains.
