Obituary Tiffany Diane Wasion, 34, of East Peoria, formerly of Jacksonville, passed away at 4:05pm, Tuesday, July 23, 2013 at her home. She was born November 20, 1978 in Springfield to Steven and Iris Patterson Oakes. She married Michael Wasion August 14, 1999 in Jacksonville. Surviving are her husband, Michael, East Peoria; parents, Steve and Iris, Jacksonville; sister, Rebecca (Jason) Ayers, Cayambe, Ecuador; and paternal grandmother, Frances Oakes, Jacksonville. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents and paternal grandfather. Tiffany was a graduate of Lincoln Land Community College and went on to work as a manager at Cold Water Creek in Bloomington. She most recently worked as a corporate trainer for Caterpillar Tractor Co. She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses of East Peoria. Memorial services for Tiffany will be held at 3:30pm Saturday, July 27, 2013 at the Kingdom Hall in East Peoria. Aaron Purvis will conduct services. Inurnment will be at Fairview Cemetery, in Bluffs, Illinois. Cremation rites have been accorded by Deiters Funeral Home & Crematory, Washington.
