Obituary Thelma I. Mann, 78, of Washington, passed away at 7:54am, Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at Fondulac Rehabilitation and Health Care. Thelma was born February 5, 1937 in Beardstown to the late Paul and Goldie Cox Russell. She is survived by her five children, 18 grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren. Thelma graduated from Peoria Central High School. She retired from OSF St. Francis Medical Center after many years as a receptionist and she also managed for some local movie theaters during this time. She always managed to hold down several jobs to take care of her family. In her later years, she enjoyed living at Leisure Acres and watching the squirrels in her yard there.
