Tasha Marie Hertz, 54, of Peoria, passed away at 10pm Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at her home. She was born in Peoria on March 26, 1966 to the late Donald and Frances (Drake) Hertz. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Bret Hertz; and niece, Shannon Hastings. Surviving are two sisters, Dina (John) Durst of East Peoria, Cheryl Hastings of Washington; brother, Terrell Hertz of Roanoke; daughter, Kayla (Jeremy) Hutton of Eau Clare, WI; three grandchildren, Jackson, Allison, Adaline; four nieces, Monica, Michelle, Ashley, Victoria; and sister-in-law, Karen Schini of Roanoke. Tasha worked as a maid and volunteered at OSF St. Francis Medical Center. She loved spending time with her family, enjoyed shooting and collecting jewelry boxes. She will be dearly missed. Per her wishes, cremation has been accorded. Due to Covid there will be no services at this time. Deiters Funeral Home and Crematory in Washington is assisting the family with arrangements. Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
