Obituary EAST PEORIA--Shirley A. Winkler, 70, of East Peoria, died at 6:50 PM, on Wednesday, November 29, 2006 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria, IL. She was born on August 14, 1936 in Peoria, Illinois to William and Uva Ingram Garwood. She married Curtis Winkler in 1994. He survives. Surviving is, daughter, Tammi (Jeff) Estes of Bloomington, IL; son, Richard (Lynn) Schall of Springbay, IL; 3 sisters, Virginia Krempp of Wild Rose, WI , Joyce (Edwin) Frank of East Peoria, and Carol (Jerris 'Moe') Helems of Washington, IL. She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers, and one sister. She was a Cook at the Pleasant Antique Mall in East Peoria. Cremation rites have been accorded. There will be no services.
