Obituary Sheila M. Bulmer, 50, of Peoria Heights, passed away at 2:10 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 6, 2016 as the result of an automobile accident in St. Louis, MO. She was born Nov. 1, 1965 in Peoria, IL to Don H. and Shirley Patton Harris. She married Brian Bulmer on Nov. 5, 1988 in Washington, IL. He survives. Also surviving are her parents, Don (and Cookie) Harris and Shirley Valdez; 4 children, Austin Bulmer, Aaron Bulmer, Faith (and Nathan) Birdsell, Sara (and Cameron) Miller; 2 grandsons, Luke Bulmer and Liam Miller; 1 brother, Michael (and Robin) Harris; 2 sisters, Angie Guevara/Kimani Fitzgerald, Dawn (and Bobby) Bachman; 1 aunt, Esta (Bruce) Woods; 1 uncle, Carl (Jane) Harris; nieces and nephews, Ashley and Samantha Harris, Brandon Gregory, RJ and Cody Bachman, Krista Smith; and 2 great-nephews, Jaiden and Zachary Harris. She was preceded in death by her mother in law, Kay Bulmer, and grandparents, Orvin and Mildred Harris and Betty Patton Endicott. Sheila worked for the Village of Peoria. She was a member of the Peoria First Assembly of God Church where she also enjoyed her Bible studies and women's prayer group. Memorials may be made to her church. Sheila's funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Friday, Aug. 12, 2016 at Deiters Funeral Home and Crematory in Washington with Pastor Jason Persinger officiating.
