Obituary Sharon 'Sheri' Ann Starr, 72, of Washington, passed away at 6:50am Monday May 16, 2016 at OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home in Peoria. Sheri was born November 14, 1943 in Tuscola, IL to Harry E. and Laura L. Watson Foerster. She later married Larry D. Starr. Surviving is her husband, Larry; children, Jeffrey (Karen) Starr, David Starr, Kim Starr, and Laurie (Mark) Harris; 11 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her stepfather, who raised her, James E. Davis; her sister, Sandra Lee Ward Bridwell; and her brother William Davis. Sheri was a loving mother, grandmother, and aunt. Anyone was welcome in her home. She was all about her kids and loved being able to take care of them. The family would like to thank the staff at CareSolutions Home Health and the staff at the hospice home. Memorial contributions may be made to OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home.
