Sharon "Mus" Lee Parker,72, passed away on March 5th, 2022 surrounded by family at her home in Washington Illinois.

She was born to Irving and Hannah (Hilst) Parker on Friday, January 13th, 1950 in Peoria.

Sharon is survived by her daughter, Chelsea (Chris); grandchildren, Harrison and Evelyn; and sibilings, Sandra, Patricia (Jim), Eddie (Lula), Jay (Kathy), Elliott (Carol), Art (Sherry), and Suzie (Doug).

She was preceded in death by her brother, Calvin.

Sharon graduated Woodruff High School in 1968. She worked as a custodial supervisor for Caterpillar and then later Vonachen Services.  Sharon spent over 20 years in Florida where she enjoyed poetry and sailing. She loved her family fiercely and lived to spend time with her grandkids.

A celebration of life will be held at the VFW in East Peoria on March 26, 2022 from 11 A.M. - 2 P.M. A private graveside service will be held at Springdale Cemetery.  Per Sharon's wishes, cremation rites will be accorded.  Deiters Funeral Home and Crematory in Washington is assisting with arrangements.
