She was preceded in death by one son, Chris Ebert.

Sherry was a 1958 graduate of Washington Community High School. She was a homemaker and enjoyed her role as a wife, mom, and Mimi to her family. She also supported the family well drilling business by helping with whatever was needed.

She was active with the Washington Historical Society, where she coordinated the Annual Christmas Home Tours for many years. Sherry also loved hosting family dinners and celebrating birthdays and holidays together, was known for her well manicured lawns, and always enjoyed she and Bob's numerous trips to Daytona Beach, FL with close friends or wherever the road or sky would lead -- she was always ready to go!
