Obituary Ronald Frederick George Janik, 73, of East Peoria, died at 3:55pm, Thursday, April 16, 2015 in Peoria. A loving and faithful husband, caring father, and cuddly grandfather, who is survived by his wife, Frances Gloria Janik; son, Ronald Keith Janik; daughters, Angela Joy Varner and Tamara Lynn White; and five grandchildren, Jay, Kyra, Elena, Sasha, and Mikayla. Ron was an honorably discharged veteran, serving four years in the US Air Force. He retired from the US Railroad Retirement Board in 1993 after 34 years of service, and was a member of Bethany Missionary Church in East Peoria. A funeral service for Ron will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, April 23, 2015 at Bethany Missionary Church in East Peoria. The family will receive guests from 5-9:00pm, Wednesday April 22, 2015 at Deiters Funeral Home & Crematory in East Peoria, and one hour prior to the service at the church. Rev.
