Obituary Ronald E. Gordon, 58, of Peoria, IL formerly of Washington, IL died at 1:18 PM Monday, October 14, 2013 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria, IL. Ron was born on on November 6, 1954 in Peoria, IL. Surviving are 1 daughter, Bobbi Jo Miller and 1 grandson, Sebastian Spradlin, both of Peoria; his parents, Bob and Evelyn (Peak) Schrock of Washington; his girlfriend, Pam McGreger of Creve Coeur; his siblings, Daniel (Debbie) Schrock of Washington, Barb (Steve) Skinner of Daytona Beach, FL, David Schrock of Washington, Joni Lee (Larry) Karcher of Morton, Edward Schrock of Washington, Randall (Karen) Gordon of Washington, Sara (Tom) Seckler of Metamora, Tamilyn Gordon of Washington, and Thomas (Karen) Schrock of Washington; and several nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, John Gordon; 1 niece; and 1 nephew. Ron worked as a security guard in Texas for several years. Visitation will be from 10-11 AM Friday, October 18, 2013 at Deiters Funeral Home & Crematory in Washington. Cremation rites will be accorded following the visitation.
