Obituary Washington - Ronald B. Boley, 77 of Washington died at OSF St Francis Medical Center in Peoria on Monday March 26, 2012 at 10:17 PM. He was born on January 4, 1935 in Washington, IL to Harold and Eva Stock Boley. He married Ruth Jones on September 20, 1959 in Peoria. She preceded him in death on October 12, 2009 in Peoria. He was also preceded in death by his parents. Ronald is survived by five children; Jay Boley of Roanoke, Brenda Powell of East Peoria, Mark Boley of Mackinaw, Devin (Angela) Boley of Washington and Ryan (Kathleen) Boley of Washington. He is also survived by one brother Dale (Suezane) Boley of Washington, eleven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. He worked at Caterpillar Building HH in East Peoria for 33 years as a machine operator. He served his country proudly while enlisted in the United States Army. Ronald was a strong willed man and a great family man. He loved Oliver Tractors and his cat Buddy. There will be a funeral service for Ronald on Thursday March 29, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Deiters Funeral Home and Crematory in Washington. Pastor John Hauck will officiate. There will be a visitation one hour prior to the funeral. Burial will take place in Hillcrest Memory Gardens in Morton. Military rites will be presented by the United States Army.
