Obituary EUREKA - Roberta Frazelle Regan, 86, of Eureka, IL, died at 2:40 pm Sunday, January 6, 2008 at her residence with her family by her side. Born on March 12, 1921 in Emden, IL to Virgil and Ora Jean McNish Irwin, she married Robert Dale Frazelle on December 31, 1939. He died on February 3, 1980. She later married Jack Regan on October 25, 1986. He also preceded her in death on April 7, 1991. Surviving are 2 daughters, Bonnie (Steve) Esslinger of Elmwood, IL and Jeri (Butch) Guenther of Eureka, IL, 5 Grandchildren, Dawn (Mike) Carter, Tonya Backes, Heather Esslinger, Eric (Michelle) Guenther, and Shawn Guenther and 12 Great-Grandchildren. In the early 1940's, she worked as a Governess for the Howard Script family in La Jolla, CA. She also enjoyed being a mother and homemaker. Services will be at 11 am Wednesday, January 9, 2008 at Deiters Funeral Home in Washington. The Rev. L. Arvil Bass will officiate. Visitation will be from 10-11 am Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Fondulac Cemetery in East Peoria.
