Obituary Robert M. "Bob" Enlow, 68, of Washington, IL died at 1:21 am Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home in Peoria. Born January 7, 1947 in Avon, IL to Maurice and Louise Hartford Enlow, he married Sandra K. Rice on January 7, 1968 in Fowler, CO. She survives. Also surviving are 2 daughters, Michelle Enlow (Rory Mercer) of Pekin, IL and Priscillia Chapman (Don Adkins) of East Peoria, IL, 2 sisters, Mary DeWitt of Galesburg, IL and Margie Farmer of Granite City, IL.,5 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and 1 granddaughter, Amanda. Bob was a US Army Veteran serving during the Vietnam War. He was a truck driver at Illinois River Lumber Co. in East Peoria for 30 years. He later worked as a Bus Driver at Tazewell/Woodford Head Start. Bob was an avid Harley Davidson rider, enjoyed fishing and camping, and loved spending time with his grandchildren. In respect of Bob's wishes, there will be no services. Deiters Funeral Home and Crematory in Washington is assisting the family with arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home or to the Northern Tazewell Fire Department.
