Obituary Rita Ann Hult, 84, of Murrieta, CA died on July 16, 2016 in Murrieta, CA. She was born in Gary, Indiana on July 11, 1932 and was the daughter of the late Charles S. and Mercedes Fralinger Mayer. Rita Hult was active in the Republican Party politics in Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, and Minnesota. She was active with the Bloomington-Springfield, IL Symphony Guild. She worked for the US Census Bureau, Life Investors Insurance, Merrill Lynch Realty, and among other jobs. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Karen M. Hult (Charles Walcott), her son and daughter-in-law, David (Lisa) Hult, 2 grandsons and spouse, Dennis and Crystal Hutton Hult and Chad Hult, 3 great-grandchildren, Adam Hult, Robert Hult and Adelynne Hult, brother and sister-in-law, Charles (Patricia) Mayer, sisters-in-law, Phyllis Hult and Joan Hult, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Robert J. Hult, their stillborn infant daughter, a granddaughter, 2 infant great-grandsons, and her brother and sister-in-law, Ernest and Dorothy Mayer. Graveside services for Rita will be at 11 am Wednesday, July 27, 2016 at Glendale Cemetery in Washington, IL. There will be no visitation.
