Obituary WASHINGTONa"Rebecca Lynn Siebert, 67, of Washington died at 9:04 PM on Tuesday, September 23, 2008 at her home. She was born on November 23, 1940 in Peoria, IL to John and Virginia Bailey Turpin in Peoria, IL. She married Jack Edward Siebert on August 23, 1989 in South Lake Tahoe, CA; he survives. Also surviving are her children, Mark (Elizabeth) Mowdy, Mike (Rose) Mowdy, and Tim Mowdy all of San Leandro, CA, Trina (Robert) Sanchez of Gulf Breeze, FL, Gary Siebert of Brimfield, IL, Jack (Angie) Siebert, Jr. of Harvest, AL, Janet (Mark) Branch of London Mills, IL, and David (Chris) Siebert of Kickapoo, IL; 18 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers, Bill Turpin and Rollie Turpin, and her sister, Francis Curtis. Rebecca worked as a computer technician for Amdahl in California. A funeral service will be held at 10 AM on Saturday, September 27, 2008 at Deiters Funeral Home in Washington. Visitation will be held from 5-7 PM on Friday, September 26, 2008 at the funeral home. Burial will be at Lutheran Cemetery in Peoria.
