Obituary PEORIA HEIGHTS-Phyllis V. Wilson, 77, of Peoria Heights died at 11:03 am Tuesday, April 13, 2010 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center. Born at the family home on August 15, 1932 in Peoria to George H. and Lucille M. Lingren Ulrich, she married Robert T. Wilson on March 3, 1951 in Peoria. She is survived by her Husband, 1 son, Roger (Rosann) Wilson of Washington; 2 daughters, Paula (Jon) Werman of Lighthouse Pt., FL, Robin (Jud) Kassing of Frisco, TX; 1 brother, Richard Ulrich of Morton; 3 sisters, Donna Force of Morton, Delores (Walt) Scudder of Savannah, GA, Nancy (Al) Swearingen of Hanna City. She was a loving and beloved grandmother to 9 grandchildren and great-grandmother to 4. She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers, and 2 sisters. Phyllis was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend who loved to sew, make crafts, bake, eagle watch and take long Sunday drives with her devoted husband. Traveling to see the activities of her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren gave her great joy. Over the years she was a Sunday School Teacher and Cub Scout Den Mother. For over 30 years she was a member of a ladies Birthday Club who met each month to socialize and celebrate members' birthdays. She did work out of the home for a time at Hutchins Bindery. She will forever remain in our hearts and minds. Phyllis was a member of Mossville United Methodist Church where a memorial service will be at 3:00 pm Sunday, April 18, 2010. Rev. Bill Adams will officiate. Family will receive friends at the church 1 hour prior to services. Deiters Funeral Home and Crematory in Washington is assisting the family with cremation.
