Obituary Everett L. "Pete" Cline, 90, of Germantown Hills died at 12:03pm Thursday, March 1, 2018 at UnityPoint Health- Methodist in Peoria. Pete was born October 11, 1927 in Jefferson County, IN to Oran and Esther (Cook) Cline. He married Mariann (Burns) Weaver on June 5, 1985 in Peoria. Surviving is his wife, Marianne of Germantown Hills; step-children, Michael (Pam) Weaver, Ellen (Bob) Zauke, Mary (Jim) Curry, and Nancy Weaver; 10 step-grandchildren; 16 step-great-grandchildren; and siblings, Les (Faye) Cline, Kenny (Mary Ann) Cline, and Lois (Jim) Peterson. He was preceded in death by his parents; two siblings, Jerry Cline and Betty Scott; and a step-son, Mark Weaver. Pete retired from Caterpillar Tractor Co., but always kept busy, enjoying several winters in Florida with his wife. He was a square dancer and served as a caller at the dances for many years. Pete loved his red cowboy boots and bolo ties. He had the best blue eyes and an infectious laugh, that his family will miss dearly. A graveside service will be held at 1:30pm Thursday, March 8, 2018 at Resurrection Cemetery in Peoria. Cremation rites have been accorded by Deiters Funeral Home and Crematory in Washington.
