Obituary Percy J. McGuiggan, 78, of Washington, IL died at 6:57 pm Sunday, January 1, 2017 at Unity Point Health Proctor in Peoria, IL. Born on June 28, 1938 in Georgia to Percy Oliver and Daisy Mae Cowart Hall, she married Harold McGuiggan on June 14, 1958 in Chicago, IL. He survives. Also surviving is 1 daughter, Samantha (James) Relaford of Metamora, IL, and 5 grandchildren; Riley, Kevin, Zachary, Faith and Benjamin Relaford all of Metamora. Percy was preceded in death by her son, James McGuiggan. She was a member of Bayview Baptist Church in Washington. A memorial service will be held at 11 am Saturday, February 4, 2017 at Bayview Baptist Church. Pastor Keith Thibo and Pastor Justin Smith will officiate. Memorials may be made in Percy's memory to her church.
