Obituary EAST PEORIA--Peggy S. Engelmann, 55, of East Peoria, died at 10:05 PM, on Monday, February 5, 2007 at her home in East Peoria, IL. She was born on September 9, 1951 in Detroit, Michigan to Frank and Mary Hinz Carr. She married Ernie Engelmann on November 5, 1986; he survives. Surviving is a son, John Pisel of Chillicothe, IL; a daughter, Tabatha Peckenpaugh of Toulon, IL; a step son, Travis (Heidi) Engelmann of Odessa, MO; 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Merle Carr. Peggy was a secretary for the First Church of the Nazarene in East Peoria, of which she was also a member. A memorial service will be held at 4 PM on Sunday, February 11, 2007 at the First Church of the Nazarene in East Peoria. Pastor Tim W. Livengood will officiate. Visitation will be held from 5-7 PM on Thursday, February 8, 2007 at Deiters Funeral Home in East Peoria. Cremation rites will be accorded following visitation.
