Obituary EAST PEORIA-Patricia A. "Pat" Swanson, 62, of East Peoria, IL died at 1:30 PM Thursday, August 8, 2013 at Rosewood Care Center in East Peoria. She was born on February 9, 1951 in Peoria, IL to Arthur and Vivian I. Jones Harmon. Pat was raised by her mother, Vivian and step-father, Michael Uzelac. She married Carl Swanson in 1978. Surviving are her mother, Vivian Mellor of East Peoria; daughter, Colleen (Casey) Baird of Grayslake; sister, Pamela Uzelac of East Peoria; brother, Michael (Kristen) Uzelac of Germantown Hills; twin grandchildren, Colin & Vivian Baird; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father and stepfather. Pat worked for AT&T in Peoria and retired after 34 years of service. Funeral Services will be at 2 PM Monday, August 12, 2013 at Deiters Funeral Home & Crematory in Washington. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Springdale Cemetery in Peoria.
