Pamela J. Lutz, 63, of Washington, IL, passed away at 2:16 am Thursday, October 28, 2021 at Washington Senior Living.
She was born May 3, 1958 in Decatur, Illinois to the late Delbert and Barbara (Milligan) Frost. She married Randy Keyes, he survives. She later married Delbert Lutz, he preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her birth father, Larry Winchell Sr.; and one sister, Carla Quarello.
Surviving are three children, Stephanie (Chad) Thompson of Pekin, Illinois, Michael Keyes of Chillicothe, Illinois, and Chris (Jenny) Keyes of Mammoth Spring, Arkansas; eight grandchildren, Brady Keyes, Kayte Keyes and Abigail Keyes of Oklahoma, Jayce Burt, Hayden Thompson, Halle Thompson and Nathan Dunn of Pekin, Illinois and Ruby Keyes of Lacon/Chillicothe, Illinois; one great-grandson, Dennis Olson of Oklahoma; three brothers, Larry (Debra) Winchell of Wisconsin, Matthew Winchell of Wisconsin, Jay (Marisa) Winchell of Utah; one sister, Dawn (Ralph) Keyes of the state of Washington; and many nieces and nephews.
Pam worked as a 911 dispatcher in Mackinaw. She was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 916 in Pekin. She loved spending time with her family and playing bingo with her friends from Leisure Acres. Pam really loved doing crafts as well and playing cards. She will be dearly missed.
Cremation has been accorded. A Memorial Service will be held at Pleasant Valley Missionary Baptist Church in Washington, IL at 2pm on Saturday, November 13, 2021. Pastor Steve Thompson will officiate. Deiters Funeral Home and Crematory in Washington is assisting the family with arrangements.
