Obituary WASHINGTON-Meredith A. Grube, 30, of Washington, IL died at 8:48 PM Monday, October 15, 2012 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center emergency room in Peoria, IL. Meredith was born on January 30, 1982 in Peoria to Michael J. and Marilyn Gemming Grube. Surviving are her parents of Washington; 3 brothers, Matthew (Kelly) Grube of Marquette Heights, Marc Grube and Michael Grube, both of Washington; 1 niece, Elizabeth Grube of Marquette Heights; her loving other, David Osborne of Washington and his daughter, Erin; her dogs, Apache and Abby; her cat, Max, and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents. Meredith worked at Blain's Farm & Fleet in Morton for 10 years. She loved to draw. Meredith was a graduate of Washington Community High School, Class of 2000, and received her Associate Degree from Illinois Central College. Her family will greatly miss her smile and wonderful laugh. A Funeral Mass will be at 11 AM Friday, October 19, 2012 at St. Patrick Church in Washington. Visitation will be 5-7 PM Thursday, October 18, 2012 at Deiters Funeral Home & Crematory in Washington, where recitation of the Rosary will be at 6:45 PM. Additional visitation will be from 9:30-10 am Friday at the church. Burial will be at Hillcrest Memory Gardens in rural Morton.
