Mark C. Howe, 53, of Peoria, IL died at 4:30 AM Thursday, November 8, 2012 at Bella Vista Car Center in Peoria. He was born on May 24, 1959 in Peoria to Robert and Thora Meyers Howe. Surviving are his mother of Morton and 1 brother, David Howe of Mapleton. He was preceded in death by his father. Services will be private. Deiters Funeral Home & Crematory in Washington is assisting the family with arrangements.
