Marjorie (Sprague) Walker Campbell, 91, of Washington, was called home to be with her Lord and Savior at 11:58pm Friday, March 11, 2022 at the Apostolic Christian Home of Eureka.

Marjorie was born August 2, 1930 in Washington to Martin and Evalene (Vinson) Sprague, who preceded her in death. She graduated from Washington Community High School and attended Mennonite School of Nursing in Bloomington in 1948.

She married Edward E. Walker, now deceased, in 1948, from whom three children were born: Julie (David) Ibrahim Scott of Clemson, SC, Jan (Will) Teufel of East Peoria, and Scott (Joni) Walker of Matthews, NC. They all survive. She later married Gordon L. Campbell in 1971, who preceded her in death in 2016. Surviving are her two step-children, Susan (Dwayne) Stuart of Memphis, TN and Sandra Wyatt of Magnolia, TX.

Also surviving are grandchildren, Ryan (Endia) Jones, Emily (Chad) Leonard, Timothy Sarnes, Summerlyn and Hadley Walker; step-grandchildren, Angela (Tyrell) Bennett, Jennifer (Eric) Schmiedicke, and Jonathan (Amy) Stuart; and 14 great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by her brother Lester Sprague, half-sister Joann Goad, and step-son Larry Campbell.

Marjorie was a homemaker, then administrative secretary, shelter home administrator, and public relations rep and tour guide for Presley Tours. As a child of the King, Jesus Christ her Lord, she was a long time member of Faith Church, 2354 Hollands Grove Rd in Washington, where her funeral will be held at 11:00am Friday, March 18, 2022. Pastor Steve Graffis will officiate.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be in Glendale Cemetery in Washington.
