Obituary EAST PEORIA - Margaret L. Miller, 71, of East Peoria, IL died at 12:35 am Saturday, April 4, 2009 at Washington Christian Village in Washington, IL. Born on June 15, 1937 in Peoria, IL to Wilbur and Gladys (Handshy) Pauley, she married Perry L. Miller on June 18, 1955 at the University Baptist Church in Peoria. He survives. Also surviving are 3 sons, Brian Miller and Colin Scott (Stephanie) Miller, both of Morton, IL and Kevin (Pam) Miller of East Peoria, 1 daughter, Robyn (Larry) Harr of East Peoria, 1 brother, Gerald (Marsha) Pauley of East Peoria, 2 sisters, Marilyn (Douglas) MacDonald of Washington and Carol (Larry) Culberson of Salt Lake City, UT, 10 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents. Margaret worked in Jewelry Sales at K's Merchandise in Peoria for several years and had also sold Avon. She was a member of Woodland Baptist Church in Peoria where she taught Sunday school, was active in Pleasant Hill Mother's Club and had been a Pleasant Hill Room Mother. Services will be held on Tuesday, April 7, 2009 at 10 AM at Woodland Baptist Church in Peoria. Pastors Joel Newton and Bill Smith will officiate. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memory Gardens in rural Morton. A visitation will be held on Monday, April 6, 2009 from 5-7 PM at Deiters Funeral Home in East Peoria.
