Obituary Peoria - Marcella M. Fox, 78, of Peoria, passed away at 7:58 p.m. Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. She was born March 13, 1936 in Hannibal, MO to Oliver Jackson and Anna Alene Gilbert Hoover. She married Raymond L. Fox in January of 1960. He preceded her in death on January 13, 2015. She was also preceded in death by her parents; son-in-law, James; great-granddaughter, Breann; and two sisters, Margaret Young and MaryAnn Schneider. Surviving are six children, Jeanna Hippen, Terry (Angela) Fox, Randy (Anne) Fox, Mark (Stacey) Fox, Brenda (Gregg) Devanna, Roger Fox; 15 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; brother, Maurice "Jim" (Joanne) Hoover; and two sisters, Marie (Virgil "Irish") Bramblett and Olive Sue Hoover. Marcella was a loving caring mother to her children, and a loving caring grandmother to all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her family was the most important thing in her life. She also enjoyed traveling and walking on the beach. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association. A Funeral Service for Marcella and her husband, Raymond will be at 12 Noon Friday, January 16, 2015 at Deiters Funeral Home and Crematory in East Peoria with Rev. Howard Love officiating. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time on Friday. Burial will be at Swan Lake Memory Gardens in Peoria.
