Mandi Renee Washburn, 50, of East Peoria, passed away Monday, December 15, 2025 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.

She was born in East Peoria, Illinois on March 20, 1975 to Brad and Sylvia Joy (Berkley) Badgerow.  She married Dustin Washburn.  He survives.

Also surviving are her parents, Brad and Sylvia Joy Badgerow; two daughters, Lauren and Reagan Washburn; and her sister, Meghan (Patrick) Evans.

Mandi was a graduate of the East Peoria Community High School and Oehrlein School of Cosmetology.  She was a self-employed hairstylist and cosmetologist, and loved and cherished her time with her hair clients over the last 30 years.

She enjoyed making "crafts" in her free time.  She loved preparing meals for family get togethers and holidays.  She loved the Lord and is with him now.

Per her wishes, cremation has been accorded.   There will be a private Memorial Service at Connect Church in Washington.  Deiters Funeral Home and Crematory in Washington is assisting the family with arrangements.
