Obituary M. Alice Calligan, 93, of Peoria, died at 5:40 am Saturday, May 22, 2010 at Rosewood Care Center in Peoria. Born on August 12, 1916 in Chillicothe, IL to Vendle M. and Minnie E. Graham Judy, she married Norman Kendall on December 9, 1938 in Davenport, IA. She later married Franklin E. Calligan on June 21, 1948. He preceded her in death on October 31, 1981. She was also preceded in death by a son, Ron Kendall. Surviving are 3 sons, Jim (Jan) Kendall of Lake Camelot, Gary (Jan) Kendall of Dayton, OH, and Curtis (Sue) Calligan of East Peoria, 6 Grandchildren and 12 Great-grandchildren. There will be no visitation or services. Cremation rites will be accorded and burial of the cremated remains will be in Springdale Cemetery in Peoria.
