Obituary WASHINGTON - Lisa Rae Thieme, 50, of Washington, IL died at 7:45 pm Thursday, September 22, 2011 at her home. Born on April 8, 1961 in Peoria, IL to Walter Dean and Beverly Ann Barch Frakes, she married John M. Thieme on October 4, 1980 at St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Washington. He survives. Also surviving are her father, Walter Frakes of Washington, 4 children; Emily Thieme (Scott Ginter) of Chicago, IL, and Abigail Thieme (Nathan Schneider), John Ross Thieme, and William Thieme, all of Washington, IL, 4 grandchildren, Alice Ann Schneider, Emma Rae Schneider, Logan Samuel Schneider, and Payton Beverly Thieme, her twin sister, Lori (Quint) Koehl of Washington, IL, brother, Walter (Janet) Frakes of Washington, IL, and her grandma, Nellie Brown of Washington, IL, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, meemaw, and friend who will be greatly missed. Lisa was such a ray of light, so funny, generous, and kind. This describes Lisa Rae Frakes Thieme the best. A funeral service for Lisa will be at 11 am Monday, September 26, 2011 at Deiters Funeral Home and Crematory in Washington. Pastor Bob Martin will officiate. Visitation will be from 10-11 am on Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Glendale Cemetery in Washington.
