Linda Jolene Delgado, 69, of Peoria Heights, passed away at her home at 6:32 pm Saturday, October 8, 2022.

She was born October 14, 1952 in Peoria to Moses and Cherry Wainscott Delgado.  They both preceded her in death.

She is survived by three children, Dawn Wagner, Samantha (Rex) Heard, Denny Sullivan; four grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; and two brothers, Michael (Linda) Delgado and Jeff (Maria) Delgado.

Linda attended Academy of Our Lady in Peoria.  She was a former department manager at Walmart from 1995-2015.  She enjoyed going to concerts, especially her favorite band, Journey.  She attended Church of Christ Northwest in Peoria.  She will be dearly missed.

Cremation has been accorded.  A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, October 21, 2022 from 4 to 6pm at Deiters Funeral Home and Crematory in Washington.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Lung Association.
