Obituary METAMORA - Lillie "Nancy" Stanfill, 85, of Metamora, IL died at 9:32 pm Saturday, December 9, 2006 at her home. Born on May 20, 1921 in Wildersville, TN to Dorsey G. and Ettie B. Mincey Townsend, she married Jess W. Stanfill Sr. on March 21, 1943 in Corinth, Mississippi. He survives. Also surviving are 1 sons, Jess W. (Tenna) Stanfill Jr. of Washington, IL and 1 daughter, T. Faye (Larry) Gestring of Metamora, IL and 4 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 1 daughter, Mary E. Stanfill. She was a member of the Church of Christ. Services will be at 11:00 am Wednesday, December 13, 2006 at Pafford Funeral Home in Lexington, TN. The Rev. Charles Thomason will officiate. Visitation will be from 4-8 pm Tuesday, December 12, 2006 at Pafford Funeral Home. Burial will be at Henderson County Memory Gardens in Lexington. Local arrangements are by Deiters Funeral Home in Washington.
