Obituary EAST PEORIA- Kevin M Donlan, 54, of East Peoria, passed away on Monday, February 8, 2016 at 2:44A.M. at his residence. Kevin was born on April 28, 1961 in Pendleton, IN to Bob and Mary Jean Andrews Donlan. He married Stephanie Duits on January 18, 1994 in Peoria. She survives and resides in East Peoria. Also surviving is his father, Bob of Peoria; five children, Cassie (Nate) Westbrook of Duncan, AZ, Michael Biggs of Washington, Tara (Rendon) Bradford, of Gilbert, AZ, Wes Donlan and Ashley Donlan, both of East Peoria; four grandchildren, Emma & Hanna Westbrook and Rylon & Taylor Bradford; four brothers, Bob (Joanna) Donlan of Tampa, FL, Dave Donlan of Atlanta, GA, Pat (Jan) Donlan of Astoria, and Ryan Donlan of Chillicothe; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Jean. Kevin was a 1979 graduate of Richwoods High School in Peoria. He worked as a self-employed painting contractor; owning and operating Donlan Designs. In his free time, he loved landscaping and gardening. He was an avid sports fan, always rooting for the Indianapolis Colts and the Chicago Cubs. Memorial contributions may be made to the ALS Association or Paralyzed Veterans of America. A memorial service for Kevin will be held on Saturday, February 13, 2016 at 12:00P.M. noon at Charter Oak Bible Church in Peoria, where Kevin was a member. Pastor Pat Ruder will officiate. There will be a visitation prior to the service, from 10:00A.M.-12:00P.M. noon at the church. Inurnment will be at a later date at Resurrection Cemetery in Peoria.
