Obituary Kay Bulmer, 72, of Metamora, passed away at 7:58 pm Monday, March 28, 2016 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. She was born July 28, 1943 in Macomb, IL to Joseph William and Velma Mae Smith Burgett. She married Frederick B. Bulmer on June 14, 1964 in Vermont, IL. He survives. Also surviving are 2 sons, Todd (Renee) Bulmer of Washington, Brian (Sheila) Bulmer of Peoria Heights; 8 grandchildren; 1 great-grandson; 1 sister, Peggy Leeper of Eugene, OR; and 1 niece. She was preceded in death by her parents. Kay loved to have her Bible studies and was a member of Creve Coeur Christian Church where her funeral service will be held at 11am Friday, April 1, 2016, with Pastor Nick Oyler officiating. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 pm Thursday at Deiters Funeral Home and Crematory in Washington, with further visitation 30 minutes before services Friday at the church.
