Obituary WASHINGTON-Justin R. Brashers, 28, of Washington, IL died at 10:30 AM Thursday, March 1, 2012 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria, IL. Justin was born on July 5, 1983 in Macomb, IL and was the loving son of James R. and Rebecca L. Enloe Brashers. Surviving are his mother, Becky, sister, Linda, grandfather, Carl Enloe all of Washington, his personal caregiver, Julie Utley of Peoria, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Jim, his paternal grandparents, and his maternal grandmother. Justin loved Cubs baseball, cartoons, and music. He was a member of Roland Manor Baptist Church in Washington. Funeral services will be at 10 AM Wednesday, March 7, 2012 at Deiters Funeral Home & Crematory in Washington. Pastor Steve Hardin will officiate. Visitation will be from 5-7 PM Tuesday, March 6, 2012 at the funeral home. Burial will be at Fondulac Cemetery in East Peoria.
