Obituary WASHINGTONa"Jordan Wesley Dircks, 25, of Washington, died at 2:05 PM on Thursday, July 24, 2008 in Pekin, IL. He was born on April 29, 1983 in Peoria, IL and he is survived by his parents, Darrell and Sandra (Jordan) Lee of Washington, his father, John Dircks of Pekin, IL; 2 sisters, Jennifer (Chandler) and husband, Casey Faulkner of Washington and Tawnya (Olaf) Jonsek of San Mateo, CA; 2 nephews, Kendrick and Jensson Faulkner, both of Washington and many other extended family members. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, L.T. and Katy Jordan. Jordan was gifted with many skills, but mostly enjoyed carpentry and heating and air conditioning work. He loved computers, playing guitar, and watching the Weather Channel, and was an amateur meteorologist. He was known for his many colorful and creative hairstyles. He enjoyed spending time with his friends, and was loved very much by his family. A funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday, July 30, 2008 at Deiters Funeral Home in Washington. Pastor James Patacsil, Jordan's mentor and former Youth Pastor at Faith Christian Centre in Washington, will officiate. Visitation will be held from 6-8 PM on Tuesday, July 29 at the funeral home, with additional visitation from 10:30-11 AM on Wednesday. Burial will be in Glendale Cemetery in Washington.
