Obituary WASHINGTON-JoAnn Elliott, 75, of Washington, IL died at 1:42 AM Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria, IL. Born on March 17, 1936 in Hope, AR to Raymond and Erma Bonner Rice, she married John E. Elliott on May 19, 1957 in Peoria. He preceded her in death on October 10, 1985 in Peoria. She was also preceded in death by her parents. Surviving are 2 sons, Aaron (Tammy) Elliott of East Peoria and Troy (Jill) Elliott of Washington and 2 granddaughters, Chelsi and Brieana Myrick. JoAnn graduated in 1955 from Manual High School in Peoria. She worked as a bookkeeper for Peoria Cartage and worked in the mailroom at Foster & Gallagher in the late 70's. She was a member of Sunnyland Christian Church and a past member of Creve Coeur Christian Church. Visitation will be from 9:30 - 10:30 AM Saturday, January 28, 2012 at Deiters Funeral Home & Crematory in Washington. Graveside services will be at 11 AM Saturday, January 28, 2012 at Fondulac Cemetery in East Peoria. Pastor Evan Williams will officiate. Service JAN 28. 11:00 AM Fondulac Cemetery 2000 E.
