Obituary Jill Lee Blair-Rassi, 39, of East Peoria, died at 7:19 PM, on Saturday, February 17, 2007 at Methodist Medical Center in Peoria, IL. She was born on March 31, 1967 in Peoria, Illinois to Jack and Janice Casserly Blair. Surviving are her parents, Jack (Janice) Blair of East Peoria, IL; 2 sons, Jake L. Blair and Jon M. Rassi, both of East Peoria, IL; her partner, Rick Dixon, with who she made her home; 1 sister, Janelle Hensley of East Peoria, IL; 2 nephews, Justin R. and Jeff L. Hensley, both of East Peoria, IL and her paternal grandmother, Grace Blair, also of East Peoria, IL. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather and maternal grandparents. Jill worked as a waitress for Diane's Family Restaurant in East Peoria for many years. She enjoyed following her boys' sporting events. A funeral service will be held at 7 PM on Wednesday, February 21, 2007 at Deiters Funeral Home in East Peoria. Visitation will be held from 5-7 PM on Wednesday at the funeral home.
