Jacob "Jake" Coyle, 41, of Peoria, passed away Tuesday, November 14, 2023.

He was born February 2, 1982 in Peoria to Pastor David and Brenda (Fishburn) Coyle. He married Lacy Tharp in Mapleton on October 23, 2004. She survives.

Also surviving are his parents; four children, Carter, Mackenzie, Jaelyn and Jackson Coyle; two brothers, Paul (Kandi) Coyle, Gabriel Coyle; and nieces and nephew, Madison, Brooklyn, Jace, and Jenna Coyle.

Jake was a member and Assistant Pastor of Averyville Baptist Church in East Peoria. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He loved spending time with his family and friends and will be dearly missed.

Visitation will be from 10am to Noon on Monday, November 20th at Deiters Funeral Home and Crematory in Washington, followed by a Funeral Service at Noon with his father, Pastor David Coyle officiating. Burial will be at Brimfield Township Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to his church.
