Obituary EAST PEORIA - Isabel Jean Norton, 82, of East Peoria, died at 12:55 pm Saturday, March 24, 2007 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. Born on April 7, 1924 in Peoria, IL to Louis L. and Pauline Nitz Ulrich, she married Ralph Coates Norton. He died in 2002. Surviving are 1 son, Ralph C. Norton Jr. of East Peoria and 1 daughter, Pamela Bryan of Eureka, IL, 4 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by 1 grandson. She was a Member of the Order of Eastern Star and the Daughters of the Nile. Services were held on Wednesday, March 26, 2007 at Springdale Cemetery in Peoria. Deiters Funeral Home in Washington was in charge of arrangements. Memorials may be made to the Mohammed Shrine Hospital Transportation Committee.
