Obituary Ida E. Carroll, 101, of Washington, passed away at 6:05 p.m. Monday, June 27, 2016 at Reflections Memory Care in Washington. She was born Nov. 5, 1914 in Oconee, IL to Allen and Ida Rose Richardson. She married Russell E. Carroll on April 9, 1948. He survives. Also surviving are 3 children, David (Arlene) Carroll of Crossville, TN, Sharon Carroll of East Peoria, Gary (Sharon) Carroll of Washington; 9 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; 1 brother and 2 sisters. She was a homemaker. She was active in a non-denominational Christian fellowship. Memorials may be made to Reflections Memory Care or Transitions Hospice. Ida's funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Friday, July 1, 2016 at Deiters Funeral Home and Crematory in Washington with Jeff Thayer and Mark Peters officiating. Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Friday prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Glendale Cemetery in Washington.
