Obituary Harold E. "Bud" Pruett, 63, of Washington, passed away at 11:29am Friday September 23, 2016 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. Bud was born September 21, 1953 to the late Irene (Gale) and Harold Pruett, Sr. He married Toni Pfeifer on November 2, 1981. Surviving is his wife, Toni, of Washington; his children, Frankie Pruett, Cassie (Ron) Pohlman, and Chelsea Pruett; grandkids, Austin Pohlman, Mason Pohlman, Jessyka Searle, and Alex Pohlman; his siblings, Sharon Wright, Terry Pruett Vaughn, Reva Pruett Waltrip, and Frank Pruett; and many nieces and nephews he loved. Bud was a member of Insulators' Local 17 for many years. He was also a member of the original Dave Chastain Band. He loved music and playing his bass guitar. He was a wonderful husband, dad, grandpa, and brother. A visitation to celebrate Bud's life will be held from 5:00-7:00pm Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at Deiters Funeral Home & Crematory, Washington. Cremation rites will be accorded following the visitation. An additional celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
